We have analyzed the case and rebuttal briefs submitted by interested parties. As a result of our analysis, we continue to find that the application of total adverse facts available (AFA) is appropriate for Hyundai Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. and Hyundai Electric & Energy Systems Co. (collectively, Hyundai), as discussed below. For Hyosung Corporation (Hyosung), we have made changes from the Preliminary Results, 1 as discussed below. We recommend that you approve the positions described in the “Discussion of the Issues” section of this Issues and Decision Memorandum.
